Both summits are held at executive venues in the Brisbane and Sydney CBDs.
Venue contracts are finalised in the year of each summit. Registered delegates and confirmed partners are notified before any public announcement.

Accessibility
All Black Sky venues are selected for step-free access to main-stage, breakout and catering areas. Tell us your requirements at registration and our operations team will confirm arrangements in writing.

Dietary requirements
Barista service, lunch and the evening reception all accommodate dietary and cultural requirements advised at registration.

Accommodation
Delegate rates are negotiated with hotels adjacent to each venue and released with the venue announcement.

Both summits are held in the CBD within walking distance of major public transport interchanges. Parking guidance is issued in the delegate briefing pack.
