What we cover
Black Sky Events convenes enterprise practitioners around the disruption scenarios that outrun conventional resilience thinking.
Our agenda is built from six operating domains. Each summit draws its keynotes, lecture streams, live scenario inject and working groups from these pillars, calibrated to the host market.
Six topic areas
Operational Resilience & Impact Tolerances
Identifying important business services, setting tolerances that mean something operationally, and proving they hold under severe but plausible conditions.
Systemic Cyber Disruption
Destructive attack, ransomware and data-integrity compromise treated as an operating condition to be survived, not only a control failure to be prevented.
Third-Party & Concentration Risk
Supplier, cloud and shared-service dependency. What substitution, degradation and exit actually demand when the provider is the outage.
Crisis Command & Executive Decision-Making
Command structures, delegated authority, information flow and the decisions leaders must make with incomplete information under time pressure.
Critical Infrastructure & Physical Continuity
Energy, telecommunications, transport and facility dependencies, and the operational workarounds that keep services running when they fail.
Governance, Regulation & Legal Defensibility
Board oversight, statutory reporting duties, supervisory expectations and the evidentiary record that stands up to scrutiny afterwards.

How we run it
- // 01
Practitioner-led sessions
Sessions are led by people accountable for the outcome. Partners host working groups; they do not occupy the main stage.
- // 02
Real cases, not sales pitches
We dissect real failures, including sequence, decisions, workarounds and consequences, rather than presenting sanitised success stories.
- // 03
Chatham House working groups
Working groups run under the Chatham House Rule so practitioners can speak candidly about what actually happened.
- // 04
A capped, qualified room
Commercial attendance is strictly capped. The room stays weighted toward in-house practitioners so the conversation stays useful.
