Introducing Black Sky London 2028
Black Sky is bringing the programme to London in 2028, covering cross-industry dependency, regulated resilience and crisis response.

Black Sky London joins the 2028 pipeline. It extends the programme beyond Australia into a market where operational resilience expectations are already written into regulation and where concentration risk sits at the centre of board agendas.
Why London
London operates as a dense cluster of financial services, insurance, energy trading, professional services, and critical national infrastructure. That density is what makes it useful: a single cloud region, payment rail, or major supplier can appear in the dependency map of hundreds of organisations at once. The conversation that matters is not whether an outage is possible, but who else fails at the same moment and in what order.
What the programme will cover
- Regulated resilience in practice: important business services, impact tolerances, and the evidence supervisors actually accept.
- Third- and fourth-party concentration across shared providers and shared failure domains.
- Executive crisis command: decision rights, escalation thresholds, and communications under scrutiny.
- Cross-border incident response where legal, regulatory, and operational obligations do not align.
Format
Black Sky London will follow the same structure as the Australian summits: keynotes, main-stage panels, and closed working groups where practitioners work through severe but plausible scenarios rather than watching slideware.
Dates, venue, keynote topics, and faculty are not yet confirmed. Registration and partnership information will be published as the 2028 programme is finalised.
